Pain is information, not a life sentence. That nagging tightness in your lower back, the neck that seizes by Friday, the shoulder that will not settle, all off it is your body reporting a load it cannot keep carrying. At Back In Sync we start by finding out why, with a proper assessment of how your spine and joints actually move. From there we build a plan around you, not a script. Chiropractic care may help with everyday back pain, muscle spasms, joint pain and the kind of tension that stops you switching off.

We’re based at 167 South Lane in New Malden, a few minutes from the station and easy to reach from Kingston, Surbiton and Worcester Park. Book a session, or call 020 8942 5901, and let us take a look before the small thing becomes the big one.

What is that pain or ache actually trying to tell you?

Course of Care

Every care plan is built around your symptoms, your history and what you want to get back to. Recovery takes time, particularly when a problem has built up gradually over months or years. Our approach follows three stages, and the initials spell out the clinic name.

Relief (back)

The first stage focuses on the symptoms that brought you in, whether that is lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica or joint stiffness. Chiropractic care may help with everyday back pain, muscle spasms and joint pain. Visits are often closer together at this point so we can see how your body is responding and adjust accordingly.

Restore (In)

As symptoms settle, attention moves to how you move. We look at the restrictions and habits that contributed to the problem, and give you specific exercises to work on between visits. Appointments usually space out during this stage.

Maintain (Sync)

Once you are moving well, care becomes much less frequent. Some patients stop here. Others prefer occasional check-ins, particularly if their work or sport places repeated demands on the same areas.

Throughout, your plan is reviewed against how you are actually progressing rather than a fixed schedule. We will tell you honestly if chiropractic care is not the right fit for your problem, and refer you on where that is appropriate.

Our aim is not dependency. It is giving you a clear understanding of what is going on and the tools to manage it yourself.
